The self-employment programs we have designed have been accessed by over 7,000 participants, making a significant impact on communities that are often underserved.I also serve as the Director of Enterprise Exchange, a pioneering social enterprise that specializes in helping prisoners and ex-offenders transform their lives by becoming self-employed or starting their own businesses. Enterprise Exchange is recognized as a world-leading technology pioneer in the criminal justice system, leveraging innovative solutions to create new opportunities for rehabilitation and reintegration.We also provide services to the corporate world, where we have designed and implemented CSR mentoring and management development programs for blue-chip companies such as Legal & General, KPMG, and Lockton Insurance. These programs have been instrumental in fostering talent development and creating pathways for professional growth within these leading organizations.In addition I am a Non-Executive Director of Joyfully Different, a social enterprise that supports neurodiverse entrepreneurs. Through this role, I contributes to the growth and success of a unique community, ensuring that neurodiverse individuals have the resources and guidance to thrive in the business world.Over the years, Phil has held key leadership roles at well-known organizations such as Panasonic UK, The Pensions Regulator, the University of Brighton, and the digital marketing agency Site Visibility. As the former Director of the Business Link East Sussex Gateway, I played a role in enhancing business support services and contributing to the economic growth of the region.I am also deeply involved in shaping the future of enterprise support at a national level. As a board member of the National Enterprise Network, I help to guide strategies that ensure businesses across the UK have the support they need.
