I have obtained multiple certifications in finance, such as Managing the Family Business to Last Beyond the Founders, Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria, and Building a 3 Statement Financial Model.Currently, I work as a Legal Associate at Ukiri Lijadu, where I provide legal advice and support to clients on various corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital raising. I have a keen interest and expertise in the venture capital space, having worked as a Venture Fellow at Dream VC, a remote-first educational institute that aims to democratize access and understanding of VC in Africa and other emerging markets. I love calculating financial ratios and applying them to legal analysis. I am passionate about learning new skills and expanding my knowledge of the intersection of law, finance, and economics.
