I've worked in a range of roles in both the private and public sectors and have a real passion for collaborative working to achieve business goals. Most recently this has been in a digital environment in the role of Product Owner, where the stakeholder management skills I've learnt over many years are fully utilised, and the application of my operational knowledge has evolved into an agile way of working. I've created the product vision and roadmap, and direct the team's efforts by prioritising features based on the benefit and value they bring for users, whilst also considering policy, data and governance requirements.My existing experience has been strenghtened in some key areas;• creating strong internal and external relationships simply by getting to know people through regular contact, sharing views, experience and knowledge• supporting the successful completion of tasks by encouraging open and inclusive collaborative engagement from all members of the team• finding out what internal and external customers really want• presenting information to diverse audiences and inviting feedback• accepting that things will go wrong, and when they do we learn from those experiences, find solutions and pull together• multi-tasking and prioritising a range of business needs, using bespoke software systems to best effect
