Responsible for Access Management, Operations and Governance within our Enterprise Security department at T. Rowe Price. A lead analyst on our four-person team, I am responsible for maintaining our daily work flows pertaining to user access while complying with legal and auditable standards. Additional projects have included multiple systems and applications transference, working directly with our Chief Information Security Officer.

Responsible for Access Management, Operations and Governance within the Enterprise Security department while on contract to T. Rowe Price. As a junior analyst on under a six-person team, I was responsible for assisting with daily work flows pertaining to user access while complying with legal and auditable standards. A few additional projects I was a part of, were assisting my manager with user role alignments to meet new service models and assisting our other Access Management teams in their testing efforts for a platform migration.

Responsible for advanced support, troubleshooting and guidance within Global Technology Services under the Enterprise Help Desk while on contract to T. Rowe Price. Within our 5-person team, I was responsible for our night shift support, while also providing oversight as a shift supervisor to our Tier 1 Help Desk agents. High level tasks provided to me in addition to my normal duties included nightly pricing cycle system checks and incident handling, along with Change and Incident backfill for senior associates when required.

Responsible for Tier 1 support within Global Technology Services under the Enterprise Help Desk while on contract to T. Rowe Price. Within this role, I had earned multiple promotions which allowed me to obtain new responsibilities to better assist our customers as well as our internal associates. Night time shift lead, customer relations e-mail triage, and Order Processing lead were just a few of my notable advancements obtained during my time in this position.
