This includes working in and with a variety of businesses and organisations to help them further develop their staff, teams and people. The second, is a learning evangelist. I truly believe that learning can help shape, shift and improve the performance of both individuals and a business. Through effective learning, skill mastery and cognitive development we can self-actualise, deal with cognitive complexity and fulfil our unique potential.I founded BESPOKE LEADERS in 2014 to design and deliver a learning methodology that would genuinely and purposefully, help individuals and businesses reach their potential, across core areas of adaptive skill. I've been very lucky to be able to do what I love, while meeting and working with a diverse range of people.
