Working in the private mental health sector, I came up with the initiative to give anyone suffering with mental health the opportunity to play a wide range of sports activities. With day-to-day experience working on hospital wards, I saw the positive impact it had taking service users to play multi-sports with fully equipped sporting facilities. Running these sessions, I saw first-hand how the power of exercise/sports can improve your endorphins increasing feelings of pleasure and wellbeing.Since my early childhood Ive always been very active and have particpated in competitive sports such as Football and Athletics. With over 25 years experience in a sports background I know the importance of keeping fit and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.I've been working in the fitness industry for the past 10 years, my passion to understand and motivate you can help you to achieve your goals. I enjoy working with people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Whatever the mind can conceive and believe you can achieve.
