Define product strategy for Tuenti, a successful mobile operator and social network with several million active users. Directly manage agile Product and Design organisation responsible for designing and working with engineers to build popular mobile applications, website and mobile operator services. Highlights of my time at Tuenti include:- Building world-class product and design organisation responsible for defining products built by team of over 80 engineers- Implementing agile, metrics-based product development process- Successfully launching mobile applications with over 8 million installs and ranked #1 multiple times on Spanish Google Play and iTunes stores- Managing the complete redesign of mobile apps and web products, including successful migration of several million active users- Overseeing the successful launch of Tuenti in international markets beginning recently with Mexico

Developed and launched successful social games and applications platform with over 3M daily active users. Directly negotiated deals worth over a million euros with top tier social games providers, defined APIs and policies for application integration and designed user interface for games portal and platform. Later responsible for Product on core social network, including complete redesign of social news feed and critical chat features used by over 8M active users. Played a central role in defining user experience, performing user testing and managing controlled product experiments to ensure successful feature adoption by the userbase.

Oversaw agile product development for KnowledgeTree, a fast growing open source content management system with multinational customers, including NASA, Alcatel, GlaxoSmithKline, Mazda and Société Générale. Gained experience directing several key projects, including moving entire product to a SaaS model, hosted on Amazon’s EC2 infrastructure, and redesigning and launching multiple major iterations of the application.
