I transitioned from installing and troubleshooting wireless devices to working within a project management team, successfully implementing the LTE service components of the company.A highlight of my career so far has been delivering a £90K project from conception to deployment, achieving a 20% increase in customer satisfaction. We finished the project a month ahead of schedule, saving costs and strengthening our relationship with the client.My background encompasses diverse competencies, including web development, digital marketing, UX/UI design, and teaching.
