Facilitated a free, massive, open online course (MOOC) called Cross-Cultural Competency. The course was hosted on Canvas.net and featured Badgr Integration. Responsible for assisting students with IT issues via the help forum or Canvas direct messaging. Monitored the course daily for other issues before students noticed them. Tracked analytics for both the course (views, grades, survey results) and Badgr (completion) for hundreds of students then analyzed and combined the data into weekly and monthly comprehensive reports for university administration.

Assisted the customer service specialist in the central housing office. Handled phone calls from current and prospective students, parents, university faculty, and staff. Used Mercury, a database product produced by RMS (Resident Management Software) to process and monitor housing contracts and room assignments. Performed other secretarial duties and special projects as assigned.

Assisted in all office-related functions for a freshman residence hall in an efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional manner. Worked directly with residents and promoted community within the residence hall. Constantly checked the residence hall for violations of security and safety. Was expected to work anytime of day because the office was open 24 hours a day.

Assisted incoming freshmen as they began their transition into college. Gave tours of the university to both students and parents and was knowledgeable in all resources provided by the university. Was trained in customer service to provide the best service possible to incoming students and parents.

Seasonal, worked under direct supervision of an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician. Troubleshooted, repaired, and upgraded Mac OS Computers and Servers, iOS Devices, and various other classroom technologies such as Promethean (SMART) Boards and projectors.
