- Create & compile operating and maintenance manuals for industrial furnaces and casting equipment.- Manipulate 3D model of design to obtain images.- Coordinate with field personnel to ensure documentation is accurate.- Prepare documentation standard to ensure manuals consistently meet quality requirements.

Project Management:- Generate and maintain project scoping documentation throughout project life cycle.- Create project cost estimates and track accumulated costs throughout project.- Coordinate project with stakeholders including clients, and external contractors.- Communicate with in-house engineers and drafters on project status and requirements.- Prepare construction documentation packages.- Represent company at project related meetings- Provide engineering support to contractors during project construction.Design:- Complete technical calculations to determine pressure drop, flow capacity, stresses, etc. in petrochemical, water, and gas piping systems.- Complete site surveys for project feasibility and optimal layout.- Calculate required size of major equipment, including compressors & pumps.- Design piping systems to industry specifications.- Create computer models of pipeline systems for analysis.- Prepare emission dispersion models for design optimization and regulatory approval.- Coordinate with drafting department to complete construction drawing package.- Gather information and compile operating manuals.Procurement:- Prepare tender documentation for major equipment and construction work.- Prepare purchase orders for client approval.- Review received documentation from vendors/suppliers.- Track procurement progress from sourcing to arrival on site.Regulatory:- Ensure that all aspects of the project comply with government and all regulatory agency requirements.- Ensure project documentation requirements are met.- Ensure project is carried out to all client and company H&S regulations.- Ensure facility & pipeline design meets government and industry specifications.
