My team and I laid the engagement groundwork to secure statewide buy-in, then developed the technical infrastructure, governance model, personnel structures, design, and content to support the simultaneous implementation of a statewide web content management model and 10,000-employee SharePoint intranet. The results were an astronomical increase in traffic and user evaluations, in addition to a model that has been sustained to this day. I created a custom web site builder/content management system to start a new agency revenue stream, and worked with agency staff and clients in all phases of web and traditional marketing campaigns.

Mikrotec was one of Kentucky's largest early Internet Service Providers. Under my leadership, the web development division achieved and sustained profitability for the first time. I developed strategy, directed staff, led sales, managed national accounts, and oversaw all aspects of the business.
