For the past 20+ years my career has been focused on real estate acquisitions and development of retail outlets in the petroleum industry. My most recent position was Regional Portfolio Manager for BP Products North America Inc. I was responsible for all of the owned assets of the company under the BP brand. During eight years in this position I added over sixty new stores to the chain and managed all other asset issues for the other 1500 outlets. During my career I have launched two new store offers and then expanded these concepts throughout the marketing areas I managed at the time.If you are not aware BP is selling its owned outlets to franchisees and relocating its retail headquarters from Chicago to south CA. I chose not to relocate at this time.As I have been most successful at building teams to manage an asset portfolio and to develop new stores I am interested in a position where I can do this again. I am targeting retailers who own and develop their stores such as Panda Express, Wal-Mart, and McDonalds.
