In 2009, Philip made his move into real estate with the founding of Becker Properties. Philip quickly became involved with the REALTOR® organization. He was named the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year in 2010. He was elected Vice-Chairman of the Greater San Antonio YPN for 2010, and served as the group’s Chairman in 2011. Philip also served on the Texas Association of REALTORS® YPN Advisory Council in 2011 and the TAR Political Affairs Committee in 2012. He is a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program. Philip served as the youngest member of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® Board of Directors from 2012-2014. He was appointed to the Texas CRS Chapter Board of Directors as chair of Public Relations and Co-chair of Chapter with a Heart for 2013. He was named the Texas CRS Chapter’s 2013 CRS of the Year and was the 2014 Secretary of the Executive Board. He was the peer-to-peer (profiles of people to watch) national featured agent in CRS’s The Residential Specialist Magazine in summer 2014. Philip also serves on the Texas Association of REALTORS® MLS / Technology Committee and, in 2013 and 2014, on The National Association of REALTORS® Housing Opportunity Committee. He serves CRS National as well as a member of both the emerging technology and nominating committees. Philip is a Golden R major investor in RPAC and a member of the RPAC President’s Circle. Last, but certainly not least, Philip served on the National Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network Advisory Board for 2013 and 2014 and is the 2015 Vice-Chairman of YPN, an organization he is truly passionate about. Philip was named one of the 30 under 30 from REALTOR® Magazine in 2014. He is a known real estate speaker with NAR, CRS and numerous state and local boards.
