Responsible for all aspects of a new division including: Enrollment Management, Admissions, Financial Aid, Public Safety, Housing and Residence Life, Student Activities, Wellness, Orientation, Health Services, Counseling Services, Emerging Leaders, SGA, International Support Services, Athletics and Intramurals. Provided strategic planning and leadership for a division of 37 full-time and 21 part-time employees overseeing 1500 students including residential, commuter, transfer and adult populations as well as new Graduate programs. Member of the Presidents Executive Team involved in strategic planning, master planning and the beginning phases of a capital campaign. Directly responsible for the overall recruitment plan, communication and marketing plans, operational efficiency of the division, developing athletic and co-curricular scholarship programs, orientation and retention.

Responsible for the overall operation of the Maryland Senior Olympics. This 501c3 non-profit organization promotes and encourages healthy, active lifestyles for senior citizens over the age of 50. Responsibilities included: fund raising; strategic planning; managing over 350 volunteers; overseeing the budget; maintaining the entire office operation including phones, correspondences, project management; design, development, editing and production of four annual publications and a quarterly newsletter; development and maintenance of the FoxPro database; development and maintenance of the web site; coordinating every aspect of the Annual games including: facilities, staffing, equipment, training and development of staff, scheduling, awards and gratuities, insurance issues, marketing and public relations. During my tenure, I served on the National Senior Games Board of Directors from 2000 - 2006.

Responsible for all aspects of technical and functional support for over 43 databases. Supervised a staff of 20 database administrators, applications analysts, developers, report analysts and business analysts. Responsible for providing functional and technical support for admissions, advising, enrollment services, financial aid, bursars’ office, graduate school, institutional research, human resources, payroll, finance, student affairs, auxiliary and academic departments at Towson University. Provided project management, strategic planning, training, security and business process analysis for effective and efficient use of technology. Served on numerous University task forces and committees.

Responsible for the overall operation and staff supervision in the Graduate School. Responsible for directing the recruitment, admissions, fulfillment, records and graduation processes of the department. I worked closely with the Dean to establish departmental goals and assist with administrative duties. I served on a myriad of Committees including the University Curriculum Committee, the Graduate Studies Committee, the Alumni Board, the Inter-campus Committee of the University System of Maryland, and the Partners in Adult and Continuing Education Consortium.
