I’ve been a broker at Westminster National for over seventeen years. I’m best known for my speciality in residential and commercial property lending but also assisting business owners access capital to grow. The lending landscape is ever changing and a significant part of my service involves reviewing existing lending arrangements to quantify value and offer guidance on suitability. I closely monitor market changes and assist clients to navigate through the raft of options available. Working with business owners in varying industries; I’m aware of the common challenges faced by SME operators. I work closely with clients to understand their business and deliver outcomes matching their individual requirements, including raising funds to purchase a business, commercial premises, boosting working capital or to assist with cash flow management. I enjoy connecting with clients on a regular basis, discussing their ambitions (both business and personal) and offering expert guidance on how best to achieve them. I aim to provide a positive experience and a lasting connection well after settlement. I believe this is why 80% of my business is repeat and referral based. Being a Perth local, I’ve grown up to embrace the outdoor lifestyle and I'll take any opportunity to head down south or over to Rotto for a relaxing getaway with my young family.
