Included managing an interim Excel based solution for evaluating leases, whilst also part of the team responsible for identifying and implementing a permanent solution (Tagetik). - Responsible for acquisition accounting for the Group’s five acquisitions in the year ending 31 March 2019, including liaison with external consultants on the valuation of Intangible Fixed Assets, and agreeing other fair value adjustments.- Prepared Audit Committee Papers as required.- Prepared process notes and made recommendations for improvements of existing processes.- Provided technical advice as required to the Group’s autonomous financial accountants.
