I am a comedy writer and performer. I've recently completed an MA in Comedy Writing at Falmouth University and I'm actively creating and pursuing work in the entertainment industry.I am also an experienced bio-based builder and designer, and passionate environmentalist, establishing my company Huff and Puff Construction Limited in 2013. I believe people should have access to truly affordable homes, to rent or buy - and that those homes should be zero carbon or better both in embodied energy and in use. A circular economy and localism has a big part to play in achieving this. If, by 2050, we can source 90% of a building from within a 40 miles radius we will have done well (although not as well as our ancestors did).I design, specify, build, engage, train and consult on all sorts of projects, with many and varied clients and suppliers. I am open to discussing any project, however I prefer to work on socially inclusive projects, that spread knowledge and skills, and these often involve charities and NGOs, the public sector and self-builders.
