- Project Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, resource optimization, and timely delivery of key milestones and objectives - Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including executives, departmental leaders, and external partners, to facilitate communication, alignment, and transparency throughout project life cycles.- Department Management: Development, Cloud Solutions/DevOps, GIS, and Product- Product management: Backlog grooming, release scoping and scheduling- Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, onboard/offboard, and manage a team of developers, Devops, GIS, and product ICs, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.- Technical Management: Supply direction and troubleshooting assistance to technical SMEs for all technologies used (AWS Cloud services/networking, BE - APIs, DB, C++, Python FE - Svelte, HTML, CSS, JS)- Evaluating company metrics to produce predictable, reliable timelines and level of effort- Contract negotiation, status updates, monthly reports, metric evaluation to contracting office- Ticket creation and management - (Jira, Redmine, Vlab)- Foster an environment of companionship and cooperation providing motivation and pide in our work
