Utilising a suite of UX tools, processes and artefacts I championed our customer and rallied the team around a simple truth - if our users love us, they'll talk about us.Amongst the continual elevation of Serato's professional DJ tools, I lead multiple projects that diversified Serato and introduced new audiences to our world leading technology. - Serato Pyro - an innovative app with Spotify that pushed Serato into the consumer market- Serato Sample - a plugin that has now become one of the staple sampling tools in the music industry- Serato Studio - a standalone DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) that lowered the barrier for those wanting to try music production.
