    Previously took on a 16 month role as Group BD Director and executive director for White Young Green (WYG) plc achieving rebranding, and numerous business unit integration successes. Redesigned board reporting to have visibility at board level of the opportunity pipeline that fill the order book in coming months and years. Intent provided the board with confidence and certainty that the win work activities feeding the opportunity pipeline were being effectively actioned.Formalised bid management and win rates by sectors/ clients/ business units and at time of leaving had achieved a 1:2 win rate for major bids (still being maintained at 1:3) and greater integration between international and UK offices. Introduced selectivity matrices across the businesses and implemented a global content management system for all PQQ and Proposal content. These have proved to have been mission critical in achieving turnaround.The challenges of overcoming a £90million black hole became greater that the intergration priorities and I left to restart MarketingWorks having increased my experience of addressing and advising global engineering boards face when implementing group wide work winning integration and improvement initiatives.
