Oversaw the optimization of the company’s technology environment and ensured that our portfolio of technology solutions operated in a secure environment. This included managing PAG's technology and cybersecurity budget and leading a team of offshore developers who oversaw patent-pending web applications used internally and by PAG's community of 800 affiliated independent financial advisors across the country. Responsible for establishing and enforcing security policies, procedures, and architecture, and providing security awareness training to employees and PAG's community of affiliated advisors. Created and oversaw a technology and cybersecurity roadmap that enabled PAG's ability to scale from a technology and security perspective. My passion was deeply rooted in providing technology and cybersecurity consultations to PAG's community of 800 affiliated independent financial advisors across the country. This involved raising awareness around the need for cybersecurity and designing custom and cost-effective solutions tailored to the unique needs of individual practices, while demonstrating adaptability to create solutions for different needs.

Developed and oversaw security policies, technology infrastructure, and fund operations, supporting the company's explosive growth from $100M to $20B in assets under management and from six to fifty employees. Managed IVA's technology and information security budget, directed the cybersecurity and technology department, and established a governance process and roadmap for implementing technologies, architectures, and system conversions. My success in managing cybersecurity and technology infrastructure, developing policies and procedures, and driving operational efficiencies supported IVA's growth and led to consistent satisfactory passing of regulatory audits and due diligence exams.

Oversaw the administration of the group's investment products with over $500 billion in assets, including mutual funds, ETFs, offshore funds, 529 Plans, annuities, and insurance products. Managed the mutual fund availability, operational setup, and product lineup while leading the fund administration team. Developed web-based mutual fund sales tools for financial advisor and home office use. Designed a proprietary billing system to manage revenue sharing fees, networking fees, and no-load servicing fees, resulting in an annual revenue collection of over $50 million.
