Managed multiple teams responsible for SAFECO’s nation-wide Microsoft Windows based network and all externally facing internet portals/websites. Implemented SAFECO SAFESITE Mutual Funds website for secure customer access. Responsible for migrating legacy mainframe financial services applications to a Microsoft based client server environment.

SAFECO Insurance Companies (now a division of Liberty Mutual) was a $7B nation-wide financial services company based in Seattle Washington. Managed a team of technical analysts supporting the Life Company distributed computing LAN (Windows NT & Novell environment).

Sundstrand Aerospace (now a part of Raytheon Technologies) was an international market leader in the design, manufacture, and sale of a variety of proprietary, technology-based components and subsystems for aerospace and industrial markets. 6/92-6/93 Information Security Officer & Distributed Computing Lead - Sundstrand Aerospace - Redmond, Washington. ⦁ Information Security Officer for Sundstrand Aerospace Data Control Division⦁ Department lead responsibilities for distributed computing department. 6/91-6/93 Information Security Officer (ISO) - Sundstrand Aerospace – Redmond, Washington. ⦁ Responsible for information security governance, policy, standards, strategy, architecture, design, and metrics on ALL computing platforms. ⦁ Led a team of 35 functional and technical security administrators. 8/89-6/91 Information Security Specialist - Sundstrand Aerospace – Redmond, Washington. Co-founded BibleByte and served as one of the primary computer programmers on over a dozen games and applications.
