Knowing what is involved as a cleaner, the hard work and the pride, allows me a unique perspective now as a Sales and Contract Manager. I oversee the day to day operations across large commercial cleaning contract’s and I am heavily involved in the training of new staff as both are key to quality control - essential to winning and maintaining contracts. Apple Blossom Cleaning services Ltd will execute full spring cleans, regular thorough cleaning, exterior pressure washing, window cleaning ( with state of the art equipment),upholstery and carpet cleaning. We are flexible – we will work around your business hours.Based in Narberth, we are a family run business working across the whole area with public and private sector clients. Notably, Hafan Cymru, British Red Cross, M&S, and WynnstayOur client’s cleaning requirements are what drives and inspires the company to provide the very best cleaning services. I have experience of managing a staff of up to 50 cleaners, that I will coordinate schedules and cleaning rosters for. Ensuring high levels of core cleaning services through the management, review and overall control of labour.Backup from an experienced team will be provided for the continuation of excellent client service.With proven knowledge, experience and a thorough understanding of all aspects associated within the commercial cleaning industry, my target is to maximise value on behalf of the customer and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and employee morale.
