Responsible for the daily operations of a1,500 square-foot commercial kitchen at KAM Appliances. I provides logistical and administrative support to users and ensures that the commercial kitchen meets the CCCI mission of assisting food entrepreneurs in launching and managing successful businesses by providing: (1) a fully licensed and equipped commercial kitchen they can use for the development and ongoing preparation of their food products; and (2) professional food industry technical assistance designed to improve their business operations, market penetration, profit, economic scale and sustainability. Also responsible for recruiting new members who are looking to start or ramp up their production. Creating an online series of recorded seminars for members & the public about all the other aspects of setting up a successful food business besides the actual product.
