Early in his career, Phil was fortunate to work for a corporate turn-around expert. This introduced him to those things that are essential for organisations that achieve consistent results.Phil was given ever more challenging situations to manage, often helping organisations achieve seemingly impossible results.After moving to Sydney in 2002, Phil established Hamel Group to provide those same services to Australian organisations.In the 20 years since its foundation, Hamel Group has helped many of Australian's well known organisations to achieve results from the most challenging situations.Phil has a keen interest in understanding human behaviour and how this affects how we work together in groups and organisations. His work with Hamel Group allows him to demonstrate how this can be used to deliver extraordinary results.When not working, his favourite place is on his mountain bike.
