In the first area I worked 25 years with 2 international companies, Johnson Controls and Electrolux where I hold 10 leadership positions in 5 industrial functions;In the second area I have been working as a consultant with PA Consulting Group and about 5 years as internal consultant in 2 French companies Trefilunion and Thomson Brandt;My strength is that all along my career, I have successfully introduced several innovative tools and processes and by doing that I have been part of the leadership teams in charge of the change acceleration...
