I was the founding CEO of the Prima Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wintec.I built all of the companies and subsidiaries from the ground up, including company formation, governance, process's and joint venture agreements. The business was established to leverage the intellectual property of the polytechnic sector into viable commercial business ventures. Prima was the holding Company for Learning Works Ltd a curriculum development business, but the intent was to be much more, leveraging research into viable businesses, and utilising the unique combination of markets and ideas that only a tertiary educator can provide.
