Payroll costs were reduced by $7 million annually.*Maximized production and safety by coordinating with engineering and maintenance to realign machine and sanding floor areas. Enable employees to operate more than one machining process.*A reduction of 95% in Workers' Compensation claims was achieved by evaluating and rearranging shop floor to maximize operations and safety.
