Collect data, build models, be empirical. But data is only half the story - I bring commercial experience in structuring deals, negotiating at the 11th hour, finding the human connection to get it done. There is always a solution, we just need the creativity to find it.I have lived in South Africa, Zimbabwe, California, Japan and the UK. I have experienced first hand many ways of living and thinking, and am comfortable with people from all walks of life.Growing up I never expected to end up in business - my father is a Methodist minister, my mother a librarian - I lived in the world of books, theories, theology, music. At PwC I came up through the legacy insurance team, working on commutations, restructurings and deals - I have spent my working life helping my clients get deals done, working on more than 50 deals both buy- or sell-side.Now I bring all of this to bear to help you.
