As the Executive Assistant to the COO, My role encompasses serving as a key liaison between the COO and internal teams, external stakeholders or clients and facilitating effective communication to ensure alignment that fosters a collaborative work environment. I support the COO on diverse projects and initiatives from inception to completion demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills to meet team goals. I manage and maintain organized filing systems, handling the preparation and management of correspondence, reports and presentations with precision to represent the company accurately to high-profile stakeholders. Daily, I help the COO coordinate project teams across international projects overseeing complex scheduling and logistics to optimize the COO’s time and efficiency. My role also involves conducting research and compiling data to support strategic decision-making and providing the COO with critical information to drive project success. Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, organizing and prioritizing tasks for the COO to ensure an efficient workflow and timely project completion. Overall, my strategic support, organization and dynamic project management contributes significantly to BCI's smooth operations and success allowing the C-Suite Management to focus on achieving strategic objectives and maintaining high standards of excellence across our international projects.
