Current· Training all EasyTech employees on Sales, Performing PC Services, and maintaining the department.· Full hardware and software technical support to customers: custom built many desktop PCs, replaced laptop parts requiring dismantlement, removed viruses manually using system internals software (i.e. autoruns), linux distributions, msconfig, etc. as well as using tech bench software, fixed Windows corruption using system file checker and deployment image servicing management in addition to manual debugging using log files from these tools. · My detailed technical support and product knowledge led to improved customer satisfaction that retained customers and yielded new customers.· Responsible for leading the store in sales of PC & Electronics products and services.· Key holder: entrusted in opening and closing store, manager on duty, organizing/counting registers and preparing/verifying deposits for the day· Ability to multitask and prioritize duties/projects (Servicing up to 15 computers at once as well as selling to clients and managing staff).· Provided on-site customized services to clients.
