FallSafety is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for safety. FallSafety provided safety solutions including FallSafety Home, FallSafety Pro, LoneWorker Pro, and WorkerSafety Pro. FallSafety was acquired by Becklar.

Lead the technology team delivering the Social Media platform for Nokia's Ovi services. The social media service grew to over 10 million users.

Co-founded Twango, a Social Media platform for photo, video, and document sharing. Worked as part of a dynamic team to build a social media experience focused on connecting people. I was in the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role. The company was acquired by Nokia.

Group Manager in Developer Division working on customer feedback system for Microsoft's developer projects.Group Manager in Natural Interactive Services Division (NISD) working closely with Microsoft Research and Natural Language teams. Lead the Content Studio team on the effort that would become Windows Search.Group Program Manager for MSN Search advancing the platform to what would become Microsoft Bing. Grew the platform and worked closely with business development to become the most profitable MSN business unit.Lead Program Manager for the Internet Information Server (IIS) team and delivered Active Server Pages (ASP) as a leading Application Server. Microsoft ASP was released 9 months after the acquisition of Aspect Software Engineering. Worked closely with the Developer Evangelism team on adoption of ASP. ASP and ASP.NETare used by millions of companies.

Chief Technology Officer for Internet startup that was acquired by Microsoft. Aspect delivered customer software solutions for real estate, agriculture, education, and government. Developed a partnership with Microsoft and became a Microsoft Solutions Partner while developing products including dbWeb and iBasic. These products became Microsoft Active Server Pages (ASP).

Project Leader for Blue Cross/Blue Shield working on Enterprise Software solutions. Solutions included a Member Management system and Flexible Spending Account system. Helped create software solutions for new subsidiary business and improved the productivity of existing business processes using technology.

Project Leader for bookstore chain that became subsidiary of Borders. Worked on Enterprise Software solutions. Solutions included Telemarketing system, Just-In-Time Order Placement with major suppliers, Purchasing system, Returns Processing system, and Rewards system.

Programmer/Analyst for one of the world's largest magazine publishers. Worked with McCormick & Dodge Financial software. Supported systems including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Payable systems. Migrated the Accounting Department systems during a sensitive sale of the company. Also designed enhancements for and maintained mission critical Circulation and Distribution systems.
