From roots in mechanical engineering, my career has led me through a number of client-focused roles in engineering and industrial companies, culminating in business leader and board roles. A distinct advantage of having worked with steam and industrial gases is that they are used in almost every sector of industry. This has given me exposure to process technologies in food (including dairy), brewing, pulp/paper, petrochemicals, water treatment, power generation and many more.It has been an enjoyable and fascinating journey so far with experience through a wide range of boom and bust economic/market conditions, dealing with international clients and supply partners, managing teams small and large and learning to engage, collaborate and empower team members to better outcomes.An accomplished leader, my key strengths lie in building relationships, commercial management, strategy development and implementation.
