As the SVP, Head of Digital Solutions, I lead a team of experts in developing and implementing IT projects that enhance customer experience, optimize processes, and create new business models. I also leverage my background in mechanical engineering and paper science and technology to oversee the research and development of new and improved digital media products and materials. Previously, as the SVP, Head of Operational Excellence & Industry 4.0, I was responsible for designing and executing the digital strategy and roadmap for the group, as well as managing the operational excellence program and the industry 4.0 initiatives. I have a strong track record of delivering results, such as increasing operational efficiency, reducing costs, improving quality, and generating new revenue streams.
