As a sales representative with Cbeyond, I prospected for clients via cold calling, telemarketing, networking events and working referrals. I presented and closed sales for a dynamically allocated T1 integrated communications package that included voice and data services, secure backup, web-hosting, VPN, mobile communications and much more.

As a Senior Loan officer at HFC, Member HSBC Group, I prospected for borrowers through an extensive internal CRM system, prepared loan applications, presented options and closed residential home, auto and personal signatures loans, credit insurance options and auxiliary products.

As a Mortgage Broker, I prospected for borrowers, prepared loan applications, presented loan options and closed residential home loans. One of my specialties was investment property programs. I also took on a roll of assiting in the marketing and advertising, which included creative development of brochures, direct mail campaigns, radio advertising.

The stations I worked for were K99 and Tri102. At that time they were owned by Brill Media. Regent Broadcast purchased the staions right after I moved on to a new adventure. Working at K99 and Tri102 in Northern Colorado was a great experience. My role was strickly new business development.

This was my first real job that I started 2 weeks out of college. I represented 3 stations in Sandusky, Ohio. My role started out as new business development and I was awarded several key accounts over time. I grew the majority of those account while they were under my watch. I did so by presenting great ideas including creative copy, tactical strategies.
