Substantial litigation experience for both plaintiffs and defendants, including defense of catastrophic personal injury cases; representations of owners, general contractors and subcontractors in commercial and residential construction disputes; collections; materialman’s liens; insurance coverage issues; bad faith claims; underinsured and uninsured litigation; real estate and insurance agent errors; business contract disputes; and employer/employee disputes under ADA, State and Federal wage and hour laws, and other federal/state mandates. Non-litigation experience includes drafting, counseling and negotiating for clients in construction, employment and other business contracts. Representative clients include insurance carriers, banks, large and small businesses and individuals.
