Since the start of my professional career in 1989, I have been working in ICT & change projects. First with Accenture, from 1995 on in different functions in the KBC group. Although I spent many years at this company, change has been a constant: restructurings, a major merger, digital transformation, cultural change, downsizing and nearshoring. The biggest change was the move towards working for KdG University College. A very different work environment and another type of culture but a very worthwhile purpose. Leading a team of faculty in a curriculum where we have to find a balance between knowledge and competence development.Working with young people who work towards realizing their ambition of a career in Finance, Insurance or Real Estate.In all positions I worked in, I loved working with people of all types and backgrounds, understanding their business challenges and helping to phrase them in simple, clear, understandable terms as a basis for future projects. Throughout the years I developed the skill to look at problems from different angles, discovering opportunities and alternative solutions.
