Technologies utilized are replication, VMware storage and disaster recovery solutions. Virtual environment based on VMware platform utilizing multiple SAN and local storage solutions. Systems include many data center facility monitoring platforms, security solutions, surveillance applications and business operations servers. Network support for data center routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, intrusion protection systems, etc provided by Brocade, Cisco, Infoblox and Telco.Major accomplishments. Physically relocate 4 virtual environments, approximately 200+ VM's with zero downtime. Integral part of growing private cloud to 2,000 VM's 50+Hosts, multiple physical sites.Architected current scalable virtual environment with infinite growth abilities.SME on Zerto/Veeam BC/DR solutions.Tenure includes starting in the NOC; Data Center Monitoring, including hourly physical, technical and security auditing. Provide first-level of customer support remotely and on-site. Assure data center security and authorized access. Escalation to appropriate groups for unresolved support issues. Provide "Remote Hands" assistance physically and remotely. Logging of all Data Center activities. Summarizing events at shift change. Make decisions in the best interest of Tonaquint Data Center or escalate decisions to appropriate level. Provide superior customer servers to all clientele, candidate and current.
