Philip Hill Email and Phone Number
I have lost many of my family members recently and experienced a prelonged grieving process. This has caused me to re evaluate my life my achievements and my eventual legacy. I have spent nearly twenty five years in either research, working alongside or being an adult carer practitioner. I feel I have developed my own goals and ambitions and now want others to achieve their goals and to reach particular standards around person centred practice managing ethical dilemmas and meet the challenge of achieving quality user defined outcomes in a period of austerity. Education has transformed me into a critical reflector on my own and colleagues practice and now I want to facilitate the learning and enrichment of newcomers to the adult social care.My ambition is to try and understand and apply the concept of enablement for adults with learning disabilities. In practice that may well take a good level of patience, understanding and empathy towards individuals.
