Conducted research into what enables people with mental issues to find and keep and thrive in paid employed using semi structured interviews and questionnaires. Used narratives and grounded theory to analyse four hundred pages of transcription. Also coordinated research in Shropshire around training people mental health survivors to conduct a service user evaluation of an employment support service.
