Three demonstration sites have been established within the Albany Port Zone, covering a range of enterprise types from feed lotting and stud operations, to mixed crop/livestock operations and 100% dedicated grains/oilseed productions. Satellite sites have been developed in conjunction with the three demonstration farms, to create a wider, connected region.Some of my role currently includes: - AgTech & IoT design, installation & on-farm implementation- WiFi & Radio [LPWAN] network design & management- Investigation & research into current IoT devices available that will positively contribute to on-farm decision making.- Design, installation & implementation of these technologies in real farming businesses, and road-testing current equipment.- Creation of training, print and electronic media for information dissemination to growers within the region.- Manage project funding, milestones and reporting requirements of relevant funders. -
