Exceptional ability in 3D CAD modelling to produce parts for detail design drawings and for manufacturing software. Well experienced in the use of Solidworks, NX 11, VISI Tool Design, Fusion 360, AutoCAD and Inventor.Experience using a variety of CMM and Laser Scanning / Tracking devices for inspection and tool verification.My theoretical knowledge includes material sciences, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, strength of materials for mechanical design, and industrial machine design including gears, belts, chain drives, linkage assemblies and other elements.Many long term group projects involving reverse engineering mechanical equipment, task automation and experimentation have been completed, giving me experience and knowledge of my own ability to work with others.
