Lotus Labs builds tech that is usable by everybody, by optimizing for disability first. - Designed and built the first functional system prototypes of the Lotus ring and receivers. - In charge of board level design including analog and high-speed digital circuits.- Work with Product Designers on PCB layout and mechanical assembly constraints. - Board bring-up, including support with firmware and scripting as needed especially Power / Battery Management.- Create and maintain BOMs and product documentation.- Vendor management (PCB/PCBA). - Assist with product manufacturing as needed.

- Led design of remote monitoring Hardware and software system for solar mini-grid remote monitoring, battery SoC estimation and predictive maintenance.- Tech lead on Peec HMI receiver HW and SW for control rooms.- Initiated Peec Energy’s R&D lab and this increased the company’s electronics production and assembly by 60% saving shipping costs and allowing the team to beat project deadlines.

- Led redesigning and integrating the electrical and electronics system of the Signalytic microserver. Led a team of Junior engineers providing both direction and mentorship and refining the technology roadmap for future design integrations and products.-Designed the first prototypes of the Battery Management Systems (BMS) - solar powered.- Started Signalytic’s Electronics Lab in Uganda, made purchase decisions, PCB designs using Altium and orders as well as component selection. Having a local lab allowed the team to increase production capacity and cut costs on third party hardware included in earlier versions.

- Equipped over 40 Electrical engineers and contractors with professional skills in project design as a part-time CAD and EDA consultant in Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCAD and AutoCAD Electrical at a consultancy firm.- Trained 20 Electrical Engineers from UETCL in Power systems CAD.

- Monicont Systems is a Research and Development company that focuses on designing smart home systems and remote energy management systems. Worked as R&D engineer on machine learning algorithms and the first prototypes which were used to demo for the very first seed capital raise.

- Equipping undergraduate scholars with practical skills in Electrical CAD software, micro processors, digital logic designs, computer architecture and hardware circuit design and testing during my masters program. I was able to mentor a total of 120 undergraduate students.

- Summer trainee in HV Systems, energy metering, automation, generation, transmission and Control Systems at Cyprus’ largest power generation and distribution company.

- Developed RF based SCADA System, Implemented the system to Senaca uganda control room to interface the company's Security Systems around the country.The company can now monitor more than 600 clients remotely from the SCADA Software.

- Programming security hardware, Interfacing VHF and GSM hardware over SCADA software, Data Acquisition with GSM Communication Systems.
