Currenty Seeking Employment as Structural Design EngineerI am a Maryland-licensed Professional Engineer with over 20 years of structural engineering experience analyzing, designing and detailing numerous commercial and residential buildings. I have performed investigations of various types of damaged and deteriorated structures and prepared structural condition reports and construction documents for repairs and rehabilitation. My responsibilities have included the observation and monitoring of structural work throughout the construction on many projects. I have also supervised underwater inspections and prepared the ratings and condition reports for the structures inspected. I was responsible for the planning, scheduling, personnel and equipment for an underwater inspection team for approximately two and a half years.I was involved with the majority of my projects from design development through construction including drafting, client and contractor communication, performing shop drawing review, addressing field questions and performing necessary construction inspections. Working independently was frequently the case.
