I'm the Managing Director, and Founder, of Thorndon Partners. Thorndon provides specialist strategic communications advice. The firm works with the world's leading law firms to reinforce their legal strategy, and with organisations, governments, investors, foundations, and family offices around the world to solve complex communications challenges.I'm a comms strategist and qualified lawyer. Ranked by Chambers and Partners for six consecutive years as a top-tier litigation consultant, I have advised on complex legal actions, issues and crises across multiple countries, sectors and jurisdictions, including the European Court of Human Rights.Before founding Thorndon, I led the Litigation and Disputes team, and the International team, at Portland Communications, where I was Managing Director. Before Portland, I worked at Finsbury Glover Hering, where I was Head of Digital and advised on crises in the travel, construction and automotive sectors. I am qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand, and have a Master’s degree (LL.M Hons) in international public law.
