Over the course of my two year tenure, we were able grow self-serve billings by 89% and paying customer count by 61% through product-led growth, rapid experimentation, and more traditional growth and lifecycle marketing.Key Accomplishments:- Built and distributed qualitative and quantitative growth models to help the executive team understand the key drivers of growth and areas of opportunity to inform our overall self-serve growth strategy.- Investigated and fixed a slew of measurement and analytics issues across the marketing site and dashboard affecting the company's ability to accurately measure acquisition and monetization.- Designed and launched in-house experimentation management platform and OKR process in key product and web areas across acquisition, monetization, and retention motions yielding a 10x increase in completed monthly experiments.- Recruited and hired a team to accelerate learnings and impact through rapid experimentation and execution of strategic initiatives.- Led effort to rebuild our lifecycle marketing function and migration from Marketo -> Iterable which led to a 400% increase in paid lifecycle conversions in the first quarter.- Redesigned Cloudflare's core checkout experience that allowed customers to purchase more than one product at a time which increased conversion rates for paid products by over 42% and captured $3MM + of additional LTV annualy.- Championed the development of our first ever predictive LTV model that enabled us to accurately measure and optimize around customer value and channel efficiency.- Collaborated closely with the senior leadership, product, marketing, engineering, and emerging-tech teams to ensure self-serve growth initiatives were prioritized alongside other major company bets.
