Counseled wireless providers and small competitive and incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (LECs). Responsible for negotiating interconnection and resale agreements with incumbent LECs and preparing state applications requesting authority to resell and provide facilities-based local exchange and exchange access services for various clients. Duties also included preparing memoranda of law, strategic analyses, presentations, client FCC news alerts, as well as comments and other filings in FCC proceedings.

Successfully marketed various telecommunications solutions for voice and data applications. Duties included negotiating complex sales contracts with business customers in strategic vertical markets and territories within the greater Orlando and Tampa areas. Extensively trained in the techniques of successful negotiations, closings, and solution sales. Accomplishments include attaining top sales performance in Florida for the first and second quarters of 1994.

Successfully marketed telecommunications solutions for voice applications. Responsibilities included negotiating sales contracts with business customers primarily within the Winter Park territory. Accomplishments include attaining 195% of 1993 quota objective; top sales performance in Florida for the first, second, and third quarters of 1993; President's Club High Sales Distinction for 1993; and Top Account Manager I Award in Florida for 1993.

Coordinated the implementation of FCC orders and developed, managed, and marketed switched and special access services. Duties also included facilitating the Special Contracts and Individual Case Basis (ICB) Committee, monitoring regulatory activities, preparing tactical reports on strategic access issues, developing and supporting federal and state tariff filings, and providing overall support for the 1991 Rate Case filing with the Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC). Accomplishments include devising strategic plans that addressed critical access service issues.

Assisted in the management of switched and special access services, developed marketing plans for newly created optional calling plans, prepared 1991 Rate Case filing schedules, and responded to informational requests relating to switched and special access services. Accomplishments include justifying millions in revenues from switched and special access services to upper management and the FPSC.
