As a leader of research and development team for Multi-Color I have work domestically and internationally to bring new products to the market as well as assist global customers bring new projects into fruition. Developed new to market products akin to the advancements in technology within the printing industry. I support the Sustainability and Recycling goals both business-to-business and internal. Facilitating transitions from non-recyclable labels to a fully sustainable solutions for reclaimers for a wide variety of packaging categories.

As a CPO I have worked across multiple departments of the printing industry including the production floor as a machine operator. Working in customer service, prepress, engineering, accounting, and product leadership I learned the intricacies of each department in order to effectively communicate and deliver results efficiently.
