Originally from London and now based primarily out of Bangkok, I am an author, speaker, trainer and a partner at The Proctor Gallagher Institute. I am a business professional with multiple years leadership experience in both the corporate world and as an entrepreneur, and have helped individuals and teams to achieve results across Europe, USA and more recently the ASEAN region. As of typing, I currently balance my time between training engagements in Bangkok, Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia. My entrepreneurial track record in the UK gained me an invitation to become a SFEDI accredited business adviser for Business Link, the UK government-funded business advice and guidance service. In this capacity, it set me on a course to provide financial and strategic advice to small and mid-sized companies, trouble-shooting problems and improving efficiency and profitability.In addition, I have published 3 books which form the core of my personal development courses revolving around mindset change and the achievement of success. These teachings have given me the ability to help thousands of people around the world to gain personal empowerment, whilst also helping managers to get better results from their staff and businesses.
