Prepared technical reports detailing issues found and then present multiple solutions for every technical report submitted. Every technical report prepared was personally presented to the project management group at Western’s DSW headquarters. Also created construction scopes, schedules, and cost estimates with input from Western employees for each technical report presented. • Personally performed Interconnection Facility Studies for Western customers following a System Impact Study completed by the Transmission Planning group within the DSW office in Phoenix, AZ. Individually created technical reports which detailed the various construction projects and electrical upgrades necessary to achieve goals presented within the System Impact Study. Presented the technical reports to the Transmission Business Unit (TBU) located within the DSW headquarters office. Attended regular meetings with the TBU team as well as sat in with meetings with Western’s customers to answer any technical questions related to the electrical recommendations presented in the technical reports created.• All technical studies created was taken from onsite evaluations at numerous Western owned facilities or transmission lines along with extensive collaboration with various technical groups within Western’s DSW headquarters. This research was then compiled and evaluated to create a detailed technical paper that proposed multiple options to correct the identified issue with detailed recommendations of each option presented.

Through excellent communication between all team members involved and a proactive approach to project decision making anticipated issues were often avoided or resolved prior to issues negatively impacting any current project.
