I was the only one selected out of 5 others.Achievements:Developed and put into place the entire site based safety management system from scratch for Horizon power after Forge went into administration, as they did not have the infrastructure for construction safety management as they were usually the client. Managed all site based safety initiatives and was a key player in helping to maintain a high level of safety on the site for Horizon Power as they had never worked in this environment befroe I was a vital part of helping to understand was was necessary in a construction/commissioning sence to keep the team moral high and work practices safe.Was able maintain safety management and keep the site operating smoothly within its legislative responsibilities after forge left the site with nothing, was regularly commended by Horizon Powers Management on a job well done.Had to consistently manage issues and conflict within in the group on what could be accomplished safely and was able to help find amicable solution very quickly to maintain consistent production.
